Strategy-Led, Brand-Backed:
A Digital Evolution for
Click n’ Close Correspondent

Click n’ Close Correspondent Lending partnered with Townsend & Co. Marketing to elevate how their brand shows up online—from strategy to storytelling to execution.

At the start, their website was just two pages and a contact form. It didn’t reflect their reputation, their people, or their SmartBuy™ product offering. Over the course of six months, we helped transform their digital presence into a modern, trustworthy, and lead-ready experience—grounded in clarity and strategic focus.

This project spanned discovery, brand foundations, and a full website redesign—showing the depth of Townsend & Co.'s capabilities as a long-term agency partner.

Phase 1:

Discovery + Audit

We began with a full audit of Click n’ Close’s marketing ecosystem—evaluating everything from web experience and messaging to social presence and industry positioning.

Key Deliverables:

  • Market and brand positioning audit

  • Website UX + messaging analysis

  • Social and email presence review

  • Strategic roadmap with key gaps and priorities

Phase 2:

Brand + Marketing Foundations

The second phase focused on tightening the brand and building marketing tools that would support visibility, outreach, and internal consistency—especially across the SmartBuy™ product line.

Key Deliverables:

  • Refined brand kit (color, typography, usage guidelines)

  • LinkedIn strategy guide (corporate and individual POVs)

  • Canva-based asset template system

  • SmartBuy™ messaging refinement and product visuals

Phase 3:

Website Redesign

Click n’ Close’s old website offered little more than contact info and a generic summary of services. Townsend & Co. led the redesign from the ground up—developing strategy, copy, content structure, and creative direction before collaborating with developers for the June 2025 launch.

SmartBuy™—their flagship product—was a central focus. We worked closely with the internal team to reframe the offer, streamline its storytelling, and develop a clear pathway for leads to engage.

An equally important goal was improving how Click n’ Close supports its approved lenders. We created a dedicated section on the site with gated resources, how-to videos, and a customizable marketing toolkit—positioning Click n’ Close as a true partner to its lender network.

Key Enhancements:

  • Full brand refresh, including updated color palette, typography, and modernized design system

  • Reimagined site structure and UX to support clarity, ease of navigation, and mobile responsiveness

  • Fully rewritten, voice-aligned copy across all core and product pages

  • Dedicated SmartBuy™ hub to clearly articulate the program’s value and process

  • Approved Lenders section featuring a Resource Hub with videos, how-to guides, and a customizable marketing toolkit

  • Streamlined CTAs and lead capture flow

  • Website training and post-launch enablement to support internal adoption
